Services Refunds
For digital services (consulting, development, etc.), refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will only be issued if work has not been started or if a failure occurs due to AiMek's fault.
Product Refunds
For physical or digital products (if any), refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
The item must be unused, and proof of purchase is required.
