Refund Policy

Services Refunds

  • For digital services (consulting, development, etc.), refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds will only be issued if work has not been started or if a failure occurs due to AiMek's fault.

Product Refunds

  • For physical or digital products (if any), refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, and proof of purchase is required.
